Problem with JForex live start

Hello!
I can't start live JForex platform. The process stops after authorization:

Demo JForex platform starts normally.

Yep, couldn't get in start of this new trading week.

Must be problems with authentication server or settings server.

Thought I'd lost some of my local settings in the process of retrying.

When JForex started up, the upper section containing my charts
was collapsed, and the lower section for Messages, Strategies,
etc was tiled. But that was easily rectified.

My settings of Strategies, charts, etc. were not in fact lost,
but the platform's configuration/layout was messed up.
