Dear support,

I have different demo accounts open. But the prices always differ significantly during high tick frequency.
Especially JForex 2.42.x DEMO versions seem delayed in the quotes or at least dramatically reduced in tick frequency.
This is new since your last update to 2.42.

Could you please change this back to the same quote frequency?

JForex 2.41.y DEMO accounts receive always the same quote prices and speed. It is way faster!
Don't stop the 2.41.x versions as 2.42.y are not working reliable!!

Hi!

Please report this in "Trading Platforms" forum (viewforum.php?f=85), API Support doesn't fix platform issues.

You have faced these problems because of connection to server in Geneva from some far country most probably. This was the result of DEMO servers being partially switched to new transport.
Now that we have switched all servers, you should not be facing them anymore. Please provide your login to help us investigate it.

The country is Germany, the hoster is https://contabo.de/, dedicated server
Intel Core i7 (6 x 3,20 GHz), 5 x 10 Gbit/s LAN, ping to Ducascopy < 25 ms.

It must have been your work on the new server system.
