Candles for several hours are "ERASED" - Jforex does NOT display!

Since day before yesterday my Jforex platform has a very serious problem:

a) Every time the Jforex is launched it does NOT display any candles for a period of about 12 hours.

b) Every time the timescale of any chart is changed - the platform Erases candles from several last hours.

Please help. This is Urgent - I cannot trade that way.

What platform version do you use? DEMO or LIVE?
Please enable java console, restart the platform, repeat the problem and post the output or send it to [email protected]
Control Panel/Java/Advanced/Show console

Hello and thank you for answering.
I am using Live and, mentioned, - am trading.
The problem seems to be "eased" in the meantime, yet the old "erased" candles are still absent on the
graphs.
