Why does this happen? This is using the system
from North America. But my European linux server
doesn't seem to have the problem.

Why no reconnect attempts?

Is it still a problem? Maybe it was an occasional Network failure?

No this is no longer a problem.

It must have been some transient network
config issue between geographies.
