My four trades were closed prematurely. I have already lowered the stop loss level to USD150000 but this is not recognized/detected by Jforex. It maintained my previous stop loss level of USD225000 and closed my trades when this is reached. Now the account is not functioning as it show that i have 100% leverage used @ USD225000 even though i don't have any open trades. Already report the issue to Community Support but so far no action is taken. I cant even trade through Iphone as the problem persist.
