I have today new jforex.jnlp and I can NOT undock any tabs (charts ...).

Works fine here, with version 2.28.4 (API 2.9.4).
I don't think so there was a platform update recently.
What version do you have?
What OS are you running on?
etc, etc (more details please...)

I have 2.28.5 and API 2.9.4. Before new jforex.jnlp undock works OK.
I use Hist. tester. Tester some time give not bars in chart. Than I stop tester. After this stop I had undock problem.

Open the JAVA console and show us the content after the problem repeats.
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Java console -> Show console
