Closed price with 0.01 pips precision. Is this a bug or an ECN feature?

In my platform reports both Portfolio Statement and Position Report I can see closed price (EUR/USD) with 6 (six!) digits after decimal point.
It implies that price precision is 0.01 pips (e.g. 1.381501 or 1.382501).

There are two questions to support team:
1) Are these prices true?
2) If these prices are true and 0.01 pips precision is an ECN feature can I access to prices with the same precision (0.01 pips) from API with the IOrder.getClosePrice method?

JForex-API works with minimum increments of 0.1 pips.
