Dear Support,

I can't start the JForex for my Live account. I get the error "Unable to launch the application" in a Windows pop-up.

So I've uninstalled Java, re-installed it (version 7 update 40). Cleared the Java cache. And tried again to login with the link on Dukascopy login webpage.

No success.

Am I doing something wrong ?

It seems that the JNLP link was updated because I am now able to log in.
