I have attached the file that has produced the above noted output.

I have been requesting two pieces of information for each time period:
- A number of bars for a specific time period
- The corresponding fractal indicator values for that time period.

In both cases, I have opted to filter all flats.

Can someone please explain to me why, for the same time period, I am receiving different numbers of bars and corresponding fractal values?

You have to increase the value of 'numberOfBars' you specify when calculating the 'to' time, otherwise fractal won't be able to calculate its value for the bar that includes that 'to' time. fractal(3) has a lookforward of 3 which means the last bar (that includes the 'to' time) needs to have 3 bars ahead of it.
