failed to load tick chart history

from 00:00 07/01/13 to 04:00 08/01/13 all trading platforms didn't load history of tick charts (EUR/USD and GBP/USD). The history for this period in ticks doesn't exist in trading platform.
Today 14/01/13 the same problem as last week.

We did not find any problems with this. The ticks are shown on the platform.

Could you enable the java console and post the problem output here?

to enable the console, please close the platform, set
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Java console -> Show console

and restart. Next time the problem appears, please look if there is any output in the console and post here if there is.

I've tried to lauch platform on another computer and the problem has gone. Sorry for the trouble.
