Hello everybody,
i am using a Laptop PC and a permanent Demoaccount with
Windows Home Premium 7 64 Bit
Java Version 1.7.0_10-b18
Dukascopy Version 2.22.2
JForex API Version 2.7.7
and trying to download historical Data with the Historical Data Manager but everytime i try it the download no matter what Currency Pair or Timeframe it stops doesnt even start and i have to manually close JFOREX through the Task Manager. It doesnt matter what time period i choose. I cleared the cache before and use the newest jforex.jnlp file.
In JAVA Concole i get this error message:
04.01.2013 18:08:40.942 WARNING datacache.cj ] Some or all of the requested data was not found, instrument [EUR/JPY], period [Ticks], side [null], chunk from [2008.01.02 23:00:00 000], chunk to [2008.01.03 00:00:00 000]
Does anybody have the same problem or can help me what to do?

So far, we cannot repeat the problem. The download goes smooth on our side.
