As the title says. My LIVE platform seems to disconnect frequently (every 15 minutes or so) and will not reconnect. Uptime seems to be sporadic at best. Also, I will log off, and it will not reconnect anymore. I turned off the fire wall and it does the same thing. Help please, thanks

Upon further investigation, the LIVE platform seem to disconnect every single hour, on the hour. Why is this so?

Most probably you have a poor connection to our servers. Please enable the java console, relaunch the platform and paste the output here after the problems appear.
