Hello everyboy,
i am using a Desktop PC with a USB WLAN-Stick and trying to download historical Data with the Historical Data Manager but everytime i try it the download no matter what Currency Pair or Timeframe i choose stops and i have to manually close JFOREX through the Task Manager. It doesnt matter what time period i choose. I cleared the cache before and use the newest jforex.jnlp file.
I am using a permanent Demoaccount with Dukascopy Version 2.20.1 JForex API Version 2.7.4
When I do exactly the same on my Laptop i have no Problems. Everything works fine.
Does anybody have the same problem or can help me what to do?
Thank you

Please enable JAVA console, restart the platform, repeat the problem, paste the console output here. Maybe there are some hints.
Enabling the JAVA console in Windows 7: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Java console -> Show console

WLAN stick? is that mobile internet connection? Are you sure the ISP does not block any large files? The historical price data files can be very large depending on the time range you request.
