The Desktop client sometimes freezes up (responding to absolutely nothing) when running on a poor internet connection. Even trying to exit the client elicits no response or activity. The only way to terminate the client is to forcibly kill it with Task Manager.

When this happens, the Java console usually contains exceptions concerning the connection, of which I will be posting screenshots below every time it happens.

We will check what we can do about it.
