Dear Sir/ Madam: Greetings! My gratitudes to your follow-ups and warm helps of my previous issues. But with the upgrading of your platform, many issues occurred one by one to my inconveniences. 1. From twelve pm last night(27th), the jforex of dukascopy totally breakdown, can not log in, and it's still the same even after i anew the system, we can not continue our work at all.
2. The historical test of the seconds level now becomes extremely slow, i guess maybe the calculation method of the seconds level has been changed .
Please check and correct the issues for me. Thank you very much! I look forward to your kindly help. Best wishes and regards,

1. Please send us the JAVA console output to investigate the problem. If you see the "Unable to launch" window, click on Details>Exception and send us the log. 2. Not only the calculation of the HT has changed, but the historical data download method as well. Platform downloads only ticks, 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day timeframes now. All the other are constructed based on these. So, if you test on 10 seconds timeframe, the data are build from ticks and interpolated then, which is slower than it was before, when 10 seconds timeframe was built on our server and downloaded. For the most precision we recommend using ticks and consider using the ticks filters.
