i do not know why but i cannot open any strategy, when i click open a strategy in the history tester, nothing happened, please fix.

Maybe you are trying to add .java file which is not compiled? Only succesfully compiled strategies can be added.

no, i choose .jfx files, i do not why after i click one .jfx file, nothing happened, weekend worked fine, but seems from monday does not work, i have three laptops, two windows 7 and one xp, all cannot choose .jfx files

Try new 2.14.27 version. Restore default if needed.

also, i delete all the java installed in my computer, then, i installed java6.31, dose not work, deleted, installed java7.3, still does not work, i do not know what should i do.............

Maybe the problem is in the strategy? Do you have any output in the JAVA console when you try to open the strategy?
Enable JAVA console before the platform launch: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Java console -> Show console
