Context menu New Strategy New Indicator doesn`t work

When I press right button on mouse on the Strategies it shows button Control Panel.
When I press right button on mouse on the Indicator nothing happens
sorry for my English...

If you do it in the Workspace tree, there are several options. If you right click on the Custom indicators, you can choose New indicator. It opens new indicator template in the editor.
