I tried to send out a couple emails to Dukascopy customer support for a last couple of days. Still I got no response yet.
The issue is I registered a demo account registered in Singapore. When I first login, I got a message "ERROR Your account has been blocked". I have been doing my development from o US IP address for well more than a year. I had no problems except recently.
So I wonder whether there is some internal error in Dukascopy's side where new demo accounts are blocked immediately after registration. Or Dukascopy is changing its way to authenticate users by blocking all accounts registered in country A and being accessed by an IP address in country B. If the later is the case, it would be extremely odd. Outsourcing and remote R&D happens everyday. It would be very strange if Dukascopy is thinking verifying origin of IP address will protect its users from being attacked.
Anyway, please kindly fix the current issue. Thanks.

This was a temporary problem with new DEMO accounts registered. The problem is solved.
