The Jforex program isnn't working for days

The programs havn't worked from last Friday,and the things don't turn better now.
Has the scheduled maintenance work finished? and I suggest the work should be disclaimed to us on the website before it worked

As indicated above, the jforex program haven't work well for several days.I have uninstalled the jforex and the java programs and installed them again,but it didn't work .

Besides ,I have found the address of the needed file and tried to download the file names "Jforex-2.13.26.jar" which described in the attachement . the file cann't be download
