I realized that the 3 windows on the left ("Order entry", "Conditional orders" and "Market depth") are stuck at "GBP/USD" no matter which chart I selected.
See attached screenshots.
EURUSD.png: the chart for EUR/USD is selected yet GBP/USD is in the left windows.
USDJPY.png: the chart for USD/JPY is selected yet GBP/USD is in the left windows.

I needed to restart the client to eliminate the problem.

No matter which chart is selected, or which instrument is selected in the lower left "Workspace" area, the market depth and order trade buttons get stuck on EUR/USD. this happens by itself. I'll have just USD/CHF subscribed, and suddenly we have EUR/USD market depth. The instrument list in the workspace does not even show EUR/USD ! I noted also that the market depth does not actually update.

Workaround to get back USD/CHF is to subscribe to EUR/USD, then remove it. At that point USD/CHF in the market depth reappears.

This is with live. Dukascopy ver 2.11.4, JForex API ver 2.6.30

Time ago I had the same problem and for me the solution was a restart of the platform. It happened when I changed a lot of currencies or time frames from the falling menus.
Since the last two updates I have now the following issue: I must click several!!! times on the sell or buy button to see the order window ?!?!? One Click is off.
Happened also that by setting the Stop Loss nothing happened. Must set the SL several times to accept it.
