When trying to download GBPUSD data for 2009-08-02 to 2009-08-08 the following was logged, resulting in a "download failed".

   at com.dukascopy.dds2.greed.agent.strategy.tester.e$a.run(Unknown Source)


Since that error occurred first time, I cannot run strategies anymore. They will hang in onStart().
I've emptied the cache, but any new download failed.

When I changed the start of the datarange from 2009-08-02 (sunday!) to a day during the week (2009-08-04), the download did work.
Trying to then download data from 2009-07-30 to 2009-08-08 brought up "downloading failed" again.
After doing some download-tests on other periods it seems, there is several days that have issues with downloading GBPUSD data.

But even when trying to run a strategy on a timerange that could get downloaded without any error the strategy will hang.

Does it still happen now when market is open? What locale (country) and timezone do you have?

Hi,

the download is now working and I also can run strategies again.
The weird thing yesterday was that downloads were only failing for specific time ranges and ok for others, even after emptying the cache.

We believe, this problem happened due to servers update on weekend
