Thanks a lot for now showing the security disclaimer dialog at the start of a historical run on the same monitor as the main client-window.

Not a big issue, but JFYI, all the other dialogs, like
* tools/preferences
* market overview window
* News window
* "do you really want to quit?"
* "File modification!" (strategy editor)
* etc.
do still show up on the wrong (the primary) monitor, when the client is displayed on a secondary display.
