Prior to the last updates it was possible to login during the weekend and use the historical tester. Now with the new builds this is not possible anymore (interactive and API logins). Live and demo logins will show the following messages in the login dialog: "Authentication failed. Please check your login details" Log messages (demo login): 31.10.2009 07:32:57.916 FINE component.LoginPanel ] loginRequest Could you please again allow logins during weekends? Thanks a lot! RR. |

No, I have no pin code authorization for the demo account. The pin code checkbox in the login dialog was not tagged. I also get the same results when trying to login to the live account using the pin code. The API login too returns the same message when running the application (Ctrl F11 in Eclipse) and a "Source not found - DCClientImpl.class" when debugging step by step. Best, RR. |
