hi support. today, around from 12.00 GMT time, after intensive change price on market, all chart not work! I can not see chart. all periods.   after restart platform - this problem also and question to support: If I use a robot to trade, this error can affect trade. Then whose wines will in this situation?? Reagrds

Same here, all Charts end at 30.06.2015, 23:59 GMT!
Please fix that!!

It should not be a problem anymore. If it still is, please report in which instrument and on what server. You can find the server name in the Messages when you connect. It looks like this:
2015-07-22 08:10:31 Connected to d-ja-gva-91-142

2015-07-22 08:10:31 Connected to d-ja-gva-91-142 Hi There   Was it solved I have the same issue. The server is 11:28:12 Connected to d-ja-sgn-04-a Please helppppp it has been whole this week. This happens for 1,5 and 30 minutes charts for Demo mode. I hope to hear from you soon.

Please help it is still continue for all currencies. for all charts from one minute to up  11:13:27 Connected to d-ja-sgn-04-b Please help.

It should not be a problem on DEMO anymore. Please correct me if I am wrong.
