Hi communiy members
how comes that this article [1], being rated as priced article (position no 9.) does not breach the article contest rules? Namely this rule:

6. Respect copyright. Do not submit texts you didn't compose or use content that someone else owns copyright to, such as snippets of copyrighted programs, pictures, photos, tables, charts or articles created or owned by other users or any third party without necessary authorizations. Note that breach of this rule may lead to your personal liability towards the author.

When one tries to put any simple sentence from the article into the google search it will find articles on different sites, with the same content word-by word e.g.:
First sentence in the article:
"The Bollinger Bands indicator consists of the three fluctuating lines designated in “blue” in the above chart. In the example above, the Upper Limit and Lower Limit Bollinger Bands encompass the candlestick formations and the “blue” SMA or midpoint line. When the bands contract, price consolidation is occurring and volatility is low. These periods are typically followed by a breakout signified by expanding bands and volatility." can be found here [2].

Another example:
"When the RSI line enters the upper area usually above the 70 reading, we get an overbought signal. This puts us into a position to short the Forex pair when the RSI line gets out of the overbought area. When the RSI line enters the lower area usually below 30, we get an oversold signal. Then we can buy the Forex pair when the RSI line gets out of the oversold area." can be found here [3]

You can go throuh the article by yourselfs and will realize that whole text was published on the internet much earlier and by different authors on different sites.

I do appreciate that screenshots/pics in the article are original. But
does the fact that pictures attached to the article are somewhat original is enough to outweights the fact that the whole text is plagiarism and simple compilation of different articles authored by someone else much earlier?

Any thoughts?

Community members that simply copy and paste another copyrighted article from other websites should be extra careful not to get themselves legally in trouble, least to mention how unfair it is to others that work hard to write and present their own articles!
