in JFores UI, when defining a new Range Bar period there is a drop down called Base Period with values between 1 up to 7 days. Please explain what it is and how to decide what is the best value for my needs.

thanks. I assume that the Range Related bars require a starting reference point which is important in order to provide consistent range bars from different clients (for example - JForex UI and JForex Standalone)
It would be great if support can explain this in more details and help us understand what value to use. For now I use 7 days since it is in sync with the JForex API default.
so support? please provide the formal explanation for Base Period.
