Fibs and toolbar

How do I ensure that my customised fib retracement is drawn each time rather than the default fib?

Also, how do I customise the toolbar? eg add trend lines and fibs to it, instead of having to use the drop down menus?

For the fibs, I have set up levels with extensions included and saved it.

Are you saying that it is not possible to use my own fib without drawing a default fib and then clicking edit? Surely there is a way to always display my own fib first?
