I have the following problem.
I start the JForex platform on a laptop (OS is OpenSuse, but I don`t think it is related.), and when I finished, I just close the laptop, leaving the platform running, and the laptop goes to hibernate.

Whenever I reopen the laptop, the platform `stays` in the time of the hibernation. I can see it in the clock in the upper right corner. It seems that the platform isn`t frozen, as the seconds on the clock starts ticking*, just it is `in the past`. And it is not only the clock, but the time of the latest bars/ticks also not proper, so the whole platform `stays` in the past.

The taskbar indicates that the platform is connected (green icon).
I tried to select `Reconnect` from the File menu, but changed nothing.
The only way to `fix` this is to close the platform, and restart it.

*Note:
I saw in the forums a couple of months ago that someone had an issue, when the same 10 seconds were repeating continuously on the clock. This is not the case. Whenever the clock starts (upon opening the laptop), it runs properly.

Please advise.

I had a similar problem where the GMT time in the top right corner of the dukas platform was wrong after my desktop pc was in sleep mode, this rarely happens I can add. (possibly only noticed it twice in 100 wakes from sleep)

I didnt note how far out the time was, but I placed a trade and added a time validity (maybe it was 1 hour) for the trade and it opened and closed the trade within seconds of each other so I lost the spread and commission costs for no chance of making profit, im guessing due to this same problem.

My conclusion is: since the platform seems to calculate the time valid from the 1 hour I entered and added to the "current" time (which was wrong)... I think you can see how this could have happened. Quite a bug.!

In addition when I wake the computer from standby some charts will have missing bars that wont re-fill, half may re-fill the missing bars over the first 2 mins of being reconnected, the rest wont re-fill at all, this is a bit random which charts wont re-fill though.

Similarly the only way to fix is to close the platform and login again. (though restarting didnt get my spread and commissions back for some reason :( )

Im usually using jforex on windows 7

I should add this is only on a DEMO account,

in my live account this cant happen as the platform always restarts when it has resumed from sleep.

Dear Support,

Issue still exists on DEMO platform. Do you need any further explanation?
