Windows 8_not launch JForex (demo)!

Dear Colleagues
good day

please assist, I can't launch JForex, on desktop computer with Windows 8, was installing last Java _ Version 7 Update 17 and then download demo file JForex but does not work "Unable to launch the application".
I was clear Java cache, then again load demo and try to launch but problem still

try to disable antivirus or delete java temporary files
