Dear Support,

I'm using the Fibonacci Retracement tool very often in my trading but unfortunately I found out that the Fibonacci Retracement tool in Jforex cannot be given any default value because:

1. If I defined new fibonacci levels and saved them under "Presets" menu, whenever I reach for the Fibonacci tool the default coded Fibonacci values are shown so that I have to change it manually to my "preset" values every time. Why cannot overwrite the default coded values with my values from "Presets"??

2. If I defined new Width, Colors or other attributes for the Fibonacci lines, these attributes cannot be saved as default value! So whenever I reach for the Fibonacci tool these attributes are gone! why cannot these attributes be saved??

My question is: When do you plan to improve the Jforex Fibonacci retracement tool so that I can use the default values described above in points 1. and 2. whenever I draw a new Fibonacci retracement object on the chart?

Thanks but I managed to write a strategy for that: whenever I press the "F" key and select two points on the chart with mouse clicks a wonderful Fibonacci is being drawn by using the "factory.createFiboRetracement" function..
