That's great news!
I have logged on to the JForex DEMO platform and I wasn't automatically updated to 2.14. When will 2.14 be rolled out for use?

Stupid question but neither I can choose a strategy in the historic tester nor I can start a strategy in the Strategy "Control" windows. In the historic tester the selected strategy does not appear in the "Select a Strategy" box and in the Strategy "Control" window the "Start" button does nothing.
Where is the trick?
Best regards
BM

Hi,
I absolutely love the implemented changes. Very good work indeed!
I tried to use the new remote run functionality for strategies, but was informed that there is no capacity. How do I request capacity to test the remote run?
I noted a bug in the historical tester - it is no longer possible to pause an optimization run, and therefore not possible to get interim reports, or to cancel pass#'s.
I asked, in another post, whether it is possible to enhance the cancellation function of optimization historical testers, so that multiple pass#'s can be canceled / deleted at one time. Have you got a thought on that?

Good job But for me it is very uncomfortable viewing objects (e.g. short lines) in workspace window under specyfic chart. I have strategy which make several hundred short lines on the chart, and now it doesn't work well. if number of object i to high then it isn't drawing. Moreover if I stop strategy (which remove all his object from the chart by chart.remove("obect")) the objects disappear, but in workspace not. It would be possible not to include objects from the chart in workspace?

Hi, I am somewhat confused about the selection of period in the Historical Tester / Optimization mode. I have a strategy where the Period is a variable: @Configurable("Period") public Period selectedPeriod = Period.THIRTY_MINS;
and when I use the Historical Tester / Optimization in the live JForex or when I used the Optimization in the previous Demo JForex, I could select all periods (from tick to monthly). In the new Demo JForex, however, I only get the choice of 'tick', '1 Min', 'Hourly', and 'Daily' (I process 'All Ticks'). My strategy requires the 10 Min or 30 Min period. Can you please clarify how I can access all periods in the Optimization mode? (I note that all periods are available when I use Historical Tester without Optimization). Also, Can you clarify how I can 'get data' in the new Demo JForex - i.e. for use by JForex Historical Tester and not in MT4 or csv format. Thanks

This version seems very promising ! Pattern recognition is great !
But I have some issues though, I can't edit nor compile strategies. When I click nothing happens.
Thanks for your help.

The new version looks fantastic. When do you think the new changes will be implemented into the Live platform? Thank you.

There is small problem or skip-over in latest DEMO version, left panel layout is not save in the $HOME/JForex/Workspaces/DEMO/<whatever>/Workspace.xml
It is annoying to re-size the windows on left panel every time on launching JForex.
