I have emailed support, but they have no responded, maybe because its the weekend not sure.
My demo account has stopped working, when I try and log in it says Authentication Failed. (Yes have tripled checked everything is correct) So I opened up a new demo account and got a new login information yet the same problem is happening, been happening for the last 2 days now.
Just wanted to add that same happens to me, permanent demo account working nicely since May reports "Incorrect username or password" since Saturday (14.01) noon. No changes to user name or password done since platform is being started from a batch file.
