Comodo firewall is interfering with the Java Web start and that is the cause of the error.

Add C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0\bin\javaws.exe to trusted application in Comodo firewall.

If you are using 64 bit system then the path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.6.0\bin\javaws.exe
