what do you mean exactly with "bind"? that only the account with this userid can use the indicator? If yes thats not possible atm with an indicator because you have no access to the the accountid. but you could write a strategy (you need to imlpement the indicators algorithm though). The problem here is that you need to find a good way to display the indicatorvalues...
Or maybe the devs are working an a way to make access to istrategy possible. Im not sure about that though.
