I am wondering if it is possible to link my charts together on my layout so that the 5 charts that I have open on the 5 different time frames I watch will all change to a different pair with only changing one of them or if I have to go through and change each one individually.
Thanks Rory

Hi, unfortunately it's not possible, but we will consider to add this feature.

I think it would be a useful feature. If you do it though, please add two separate link buttons. One for market and one for timeframe. The first is useful if you want to change all charts to show the same instrument (for example if you trade on multiple timeframes and you want all your charts to show the same market - change one chart's market and the other charts change too), or if you want to change all charts to show the same timeframe (for example if you have a market overview of several pairs and you want to see what it looks like on a different timeframe).
This way you can set up a layout of 8 charts, of which 4 are linked by timeframe (market overview) and 4 by market (single market specifics on all timeframes), then with a click change either four.

If I understand this I think this would be a good idea also.
Or some way to manage multiple charts, like a tab or button so that you can switch instruments with several timeframes easier...
At the moment I open 2 or 3 Jforex and have different instruments on each...

Consider example:
Having several charts opened with eurusd (different timeframes).
Now I want to switch all windows to another instrument simultanously, by a single keypress.
Unfortunately, IChart.setInstrument does not do the trick.

Is someone from Dukascopy able to provide a status update on when we will be able to link charts together in JForex 3 ? It worked really well in JForex 4 before it was killed off.

I have searched and searched and can't find a way to do this in JF3. Can anyone explain where this feature is and how to use it if possible - thanks. The whole platform is pretty much unusable without this feature for me having to go through 20 currencies and then different timeframes one by one manually.
Thanks for your help.

Rightclick on the chart tab and choose from dropdown menu "Group" --> "color" --> "By instrument" (check the boxes)
