Is there any relation to the missing server time in Activity Log?  Is this a bug on your side?

Dear support team, can you pls answere those two questions? They are very intresting and important also. I would very much appricate answere as I m getting the same error here.
I have both issues I get the FDP error and I also get the "No server time" error
