Here is new updated version of CBar indicator.

Example: Weekly(as candle) + Daily(as candle) + 1h(as line+HL):

Changes include:
- line chart on close(LCHMA) included within(optional)
- width is now set through output's default settings(both for line and bar)
- removed some previous functionality such as HLPeak as it seems not much useful anyway

This is the ultimate version with almost everything I ever wanted in it, only issue I still have is with line if set to custom higher period
