How to change the time of entry daily.

I want to close the trading daily at night at midnight 12 G M T and start the trading strategy again next day morning at 9 GMT . I am able to close the trading at the required time but not able to restart the trading next day morning at 9 GMT. Instead of at 9 am the trade starts at 5.40 a.m. Please someone help me to get the start up time as desired. I use Visual J Forex for the blocks to make the program. i have made several changes and used several blocks but failed to get results.
