03.10.2013 14:00:03 Order #101581209, Position #24085252 BUY 557.00 XAU/USD OpIF ask < 1317.36 REJECTED

And I submit an order before '03.10.2013 14:00:03', then 2 'REJECTED' received. But the ask price satisfied the condition 'OpIF ask < 1317.36'. The Tick data(Time&Ask) as follows:

Is there any cause or problem that i didn't realized?
