Dear Community,
Today I am going to write an email to
[email protected], complaining about Platform Support's response times here in this forum. I am totally dissatisfied with the fact that we have to wait for weeks for a single reply.
I don't know about the average response time of Visual Support, but I cannot say a bad word about API Support. They are just the best (in response time and in overall everything). So there is a good example what Platform Support should follow...
I you feel also that this must be changed, please make your voice heard by contacting Dukascopy on every possible front.
