Why releases of jforex are not applied to GUI and standalone client simultaneously?

jforex 2.6.66 is already running in the gui client. standalone client has now been updated to 2.6.65 (which still suffers from bug JFOREX-3584 and refuses to work with date ranges). from 2.6.64 to 2.6.65 there has been a delay >2 week until you released the version for the standalone client.

please communicate the reason for the different release cycles.
