Dear client,
this spike was caused by an incorrect price data received from one of our counterparties. Our clients did not experience any financial losses because of this issue. In case if stop loss orders or Margin Cut were triggered on the accounts, Dukascopy has reimbursed losses, reopened the positions or adjusted the prices accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
P.S. Please note that these actions were taken only with LIVE accounts.
