Spelling mistake

Just a small point but the report.html file output by ITesterClient.createReport(...) uses "Comission" whilst the API functions use "Commission".

Some people argue that you can write "Comission". I think it is incorrect but each to their own. Anyhow, Dukascopy should choose one spelling and stick to it.
