Hello, I hope I don't post at wrong place

Need help with Jforex platform,
I already search forum and faq, with no good result.
here is the screen shot of my problem

already tried to uninstall and installing newest java 6 . 26
in the past it can work, but for now it's not working.
what do I need to do? thank you for help.

Once you see this message, please clean your Java cache (System Control Panel -> Java -> General -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> Delete Files).

Please be reminded to launch the application through the webpage and do not save the jnlp file on your desktop.
