I need explain please

My balance in contest is more than 371,000 but I didn't got any points from Dukascopy points , I only got 0 points , I don't know why? Could I have explain for this point please.

The points attribution methodology is described in details.

Mind that the points a user receives in every respective category (there are 4) are not interrelated.

Dont worry mee happen the same after 17 positiv closed trading and no loses from yestarday i got 2 points

Can you image :oops: :oops: I think your points calc. didnt work corectly Im sure!

I think points are calcul. after Sympathy why not change the calc. points to be happy all members any easy way
