Dear Support,
hopefully not a stupid question but I'm not able to receive the email notifications when new posts arrive in forum topics I've set to be watched (see attachment). I couldn't find any particular setting in User Control Panel to configure this, to make sure I set to be notified by default (2nd attachment) but to no avail.
For example on last Friday (15.7) noon there was a new post in the topic I watch (2nd in my list) but no email was generated. I also check the Spam folder in my Gmail.
Please help, it's cumbersome to always check the new posts / active topics lists.
