Hello,

Maybe that is an obvious question, but how to get rid of test strategies permanently (SMACrossExample, SMASmallExample, BollingerBandExample, ...)? After I remove them from my strategies tab those strategies come back after a while... Heeeelp me remove them permanently, I don't want them any more ;)
