Remote server error

hi,
I run my strategy on demo account with the “remote run” mode, and nothing happened.
But when I run my strategy on live account, it seems something wrong......
as follow:

14:17:46 Remote server error: User limit : 0

Can someone explain why? thanks a lot....

I've got such error on live - the reason is: some number of strategy slots should be allocated for your account. Currently you have 0 slots available. You need to contact your provider to enable execution of remote strategies for your account.

PS: after some experiments I've found that these remote runs are completely useless for anything serious.
