Hello support!
It's important that I use the global account. I just updated JForex to version 3.3.9. and found an error. The settings window is not displayed:menu item Settings->Prefrences->Advanced.

Hi support !! What are the projections for the term of error correction?
The second error in the new version is as follows. Resetting the used memory to 512 MB. Before that, 3072 MB was installed. This is critical for me. Can there be a way to manually restore these settings? Regards ASLog

You can pass this parameter directly into JVM, in your command line:
javaws -J-Xmx3072m https://platform.dukascopy.com/demo_3/jforex_3.jnlp

or
javaws -J-Xmx3072m https://platform.dukascopy.com/live_3/jforex_3.jnlp


But in this case i suggest you to use standalone application. There are more options for customizing your memory settings.
Settings - Preferences - Advanced - Memory - Use Custom heap size.
But yes, if you use global account, then you need to wait for next JForex version.

Hi support !! I solved this problem in the following way. I launched JForex for the standard account, installed the necessary settings - 3072 MB and came out of JForex. Then I launched a global account. Regards
