I test my strategies with Interface ITesterClient，but it must download historical data once time.The network is always dropped during downloading of data.Ther JForex platform provides download history data for the csv file in the "Historical Data Manager".Can I use the data of csv file test my strategies？

We were unable to reproduce this.
Data that is downloaded by ITesterClient.downloadData will not be deleted after the network connection gets interrupted. Therefore, the next time the tester is executed it can continue to download the data from where it left off.
